2014-05-26 TAP wins “Marketeer Award” for Best Airline TAP received the “Marketeer Award”, which recognises those who in 2013 excelled in the areas of marketing, advertising and communications in Portugal, in the “Airline” category.

The Marketeer’s editorial board and editors selected six airlines based on the systematic collection of information on their marketing and communications activities and strategies, with TAP gaining the majority of the votes.  

The system the magazine created for attributing awards gives the online votes of its readers 50% of the final decision, with the remaining 50% being obtained from the votes of members of the magazine’s board of founders.  

The fact that the selection and voting is by professionals in the field gives this award greater significance at a time when TAP is involved in a promotional programme connected with its growth, which includes 11 new destinations and increased services to existing destinations in Europe, Latin America and Africa.
